Who We Are

The Queens & Long Island District (QLID) is a regional family of dynamic, multi-ethnic, Spirit-filled congregations spanning the vibrant boroughs and neighborhoods of Queens and Long Island, New York  . We operate under the ecclesiastical umbrella of the Church of God of Prophecy (Northeast Region USA & Bermuda).

Rooted in a rich Pentecostal heritage, our district is dedicated to living out New Testament Christianity with theological integrity, fervent prayer, passionate worship, and genuine community engagement

Our District Gatherings & Annual Convention

Our annual District Convention and quarterly Unity Services are central to our spiritual rhythm. These gatherings provide an atmosphere of:

  • Corporate Worship & Intercession: Uniting our district choirs, praise teams, and prayer warriors to seek the face of God  .
  • Prophetic & Biblical Preaching: Receiving timely words of exhortation from regional and international ministry leaders  .
  • Kiddievention & Youth Encounters: Equipping children and young people through age-tailored ministering sessions and creative workshops  .
  • Leadership Equipping & Vision Casting: Aligning all local ministries with district strategies and kingdom priorities  .
